The Morphy Richards Comfigrip Steam Iron is a pink and grey high wattage and high performance steam iron. It has a smooth easy-glide ceramic soleplate which leaves soft silky-smooth clothes. The soleplate has TriZone Technology. This essentially means that there are three aspects to it - the steam holes around the edge, the pressing plate in the centre and the turbo tip boost. The Comfigrip Steam Iron's continuous steam output is 55g per minute, with a 200g per minute boost. Such a high steam output allows the iron to smooth out creases with ease, including tougher creases on more hard-wearing fabrics, e.g. denim. The water tank's capacity is 350ml which is large, and provides long uninterrupted use. The iron will automatically shut off if left idle.
