The Philips Azur Elite Steam Iron is an advanced steam iron. It has a number of modern and high-tech features, including an intelligent steam release sensor (DynamiQ) and automatic temperature adjustment to ensure no burns (OptimalTEMP). It has a high steam output of 75g per minute, and an especially high 260g per minute steam boost to ensure that tough creases are smoothed out and removed with ease.

The Philips Azur Elite Steam Iron has a limescale control system which is designed to break down limescale and extend the iron's life as a result. In addition to the DynamiQ setting, it has a "MAX" and an "IONIC" setting. "MAX" provides a blast of continuous steam to eliminate creases. "IONIC" breaks the steam up into smaller particles to allow for deeper penetration into thicker fabrics. There's also an "OFF" mode to switch off the steam.

• Quick Calc Release - There's a limescale collection system which helps to extend the iron's lifespan.
