The Russell Hobbs Freedom Cordless Iron is a powerful steam iron with variable temperature control, an anti-drip design and a fast heat up time. Its main feature is that it's cordless, instead making use of a base, as seen in the below picture. Such an iron has more manoeuvrability and as such has a wider scope. It's capable of 25 seconds of steam performance time, with a short 5 second recharge.

The steam output is in-line with many other Russell Hobbs irons. There's a continuous 40g per minute steam output, and a 135g per minute boost to remove creases from tougher fabrics. There's also a spray function which dampens clothes to make crease removal easier. It has a smooth ceramic soleplate which provides an easy glide, and protects against snagging.
