Tefal FV2662 Ultraglide Anti-Scale Steam Iron Review

The Tefal Ultraglide Steam Iron is a powerful appliance. It has a number of features designed to make your life easier. It provides a smooth glide, and excellent results. The iron has a precision tip, and an anti-drip design which minimises the water marks caused by water droplets. The limescale collector effectively removes tiny particles of limescale, preventing build up. There are three different models - two of them are black, and the other is purple and white.

We particularly like the Durilium Air Glide soleplate. It has a well planned spacing of steam holes in order to provide an even distribution of steam. The soleplate is also scratch resistant, even over zips. It provides an extra-smooth glide, giving excellent results. The standard steam output and boost is high, allowing for the removal of creases in only a few strokes.

• Output - The iron has 2500W of power, 40g per minute of continuous steam and a 150g per minute steam boost.
• Limescale Collector - The iron has an efficient limescale collector. It traps fine particles of limescale, preventing build up. It also helps to extend the iron's lifespan and maintains a more consistent performance.
• Large Water Tank - The water tank's capacity is 270ml.
• Anti-Drip - The iron has an anti-drip design. It protects against marks caused by droplets of water which haven't been converted to steam.
• Automatic Shut Off - If left idle, the iron will automatically shut itself off.
• Long Cable - The power cable is 2.5 metres long.
