Tefal Virtuo Steam Iron Review

The Tefal Virtuo Steam Iron is a powerful 2000W steam iron available in a mix of black and blue. It has a high continuous steam output of 24g per minute, and a steam boost of 90g per minute. For comfort after prolonged periods of ironing, the steam trigger has an ergonomic, comfortable design. To save energy, the iron comes with an Eco Mode.

For a smooth and easy glide, the iron has a PTFE soleplate. It's a special compound with useful properties, particularly when used as a soleplate. It's a non-stick material, meaning the iron can glide easily. It also provides good crease-free results. The soleplate is extra-large to speed up the ironing process. The iron has a well thought out design, especially with its protection against the common problem of water marks, which works well even at lower temperatures.

• Well Thought Out Design - The steam trigger is designed to be comfortable, especially when used for prolonged periods. The iron is anti-drip, meaning the common problem of water marks on clothing is heavily reduced.
• Anti-Scale - The iron prevents the build up of limescale. This helps to maintain the iron's performance, and also helps to extend its operational lifespan.
• Automatic Shut Off - The iron has the ability to shut itself off when left idle for too long. This is for safety primarily, but it will also give you peace of mind.
• Water Tank - The water tank has a capacity of 200ml.
• Power Cable - The power cable is 1.9 metres long.
